Abbiamo abbondantemente parlato di chef, pastifici e sub-cultura della pasta. Ora รจ il momento di dedicare una rubrica al mondo del calcio, ai suoi protagonisti ed al loro rapporto con il cibo. Abbiamo fatto una miriade di mini-interviste (che pubblicheremo settimanalmente) a calciatori, allenatori, dirigenti sportivi e la loro visione risulterร interessante, in quanto dettata dal loro aver sperimentato varie cucine regionali, girovagando professionalmente dalle cittร del nord a quelle del sud o viceversa, da societร della costa tirrenica a quelle dell'adriatica.
Ci riveleranno scherzosi aneddoti sui pranzi dei ritiri, parleranno dei loro gusti in cucina e dei loro piatti di pasta preferiti con “soprendenti” doti di competenza critica, racconteranno i loro pranzi domenicali in famiglia, quando erano ancora gli spettatori di “canovacci tattici”, di “rabone culinarie” e di "dribbling tra i fornelli" magistralmente eseguiti dalle nonne o delle mamme, con loro attoniti seduti sugli spalti intorno ad un rettangolo di legno meravigliosamente imbandito.
Iniziamo con le nostre mini-interviste ai protagonisti dei mitici anni '90:
We talked extensively about chefs, pasta factories and the sub-culture of pasta. Now is the time to dedicate a column to the world of football, its protagonists and their relationship with food. We have done a myriad of mini-interviews (which we will publish weekly) with players, coaches, sports managers and their vision will be interesting, as dictated by their having experimented with various regional cuisines, professionally wandering from the cities of the north to those of the south or vice versa., from companies the Tyrrhenian coast to the Adriatic coast.
They will reveal joking anecdotes about training camps' lunches, they will talk about their tastes in the kitchen and their favorite pasta dishes with "surprising" skills of critical competence, they will tell about their Sunday family lunches, when they were still the spectators of "tactical movements" and of “mismatches between the stoves” performed by grandmothers or mothers, with them astonished sitting on the terraces around a wonderfully laid out wooden rectangle.
